Houston Fence Company was founded in 1952. Second owners bought the company in the mid 1980’s. I purchased Houston Company in 2016 after 8 years of running it as the General Manager.

After graduating from the University of Houston, I was hired on with Merchants Metals Inc. At the time MMI was the largest manufacturer and distributor of fencing material in North America. Beginning in Houston TX as a sales representative, I was soon promoted to Branch Manager of the Denver CO facility and then moved to Westfield MA as a plant manager. I returned home to Houston and assumed a regional management role. I had always dreamed of owning my own business and I really enjoyed the fence industry so I made a decision to leave MMI and pursue my dream with Houston Fence Company.
